The Prague Tournament is to be held between Tuesday 13th and Sunday 18th July 2004.  The Stockport Women’s squad, wish to tour as a club in 2004, and the Prague Tournament is the favoured venue. Accordingly a provisional booking has been secured with Sweet Chariot for the flights, transfers, accommodation, meals and tournament entry.

Sweet Chariot has advised on the following: -

Itinerary

Tuesday 13th, Morning departure from Manchester Airport and flight to Prague in the Czech Republic and transfer by coach to a hotel local to the tournament location. Free afternoon and welcome party in the evening

Wednesday 14th Participation in the tournament. Free late afternoon and evening.

Thursday 15th, Participation in the tournament. Free late afternoon and evening.

Friday 16th, Free Day and evening.

Saturday 17th,Tournament Finals Day, and evening banquet and prize giving

Tournament

This will be the 7th consecutive year of competition in Prague for the women and the 5th year of competition for the men. Continuing from 2003, the Men's and Women's event will be amalgamated. The profile of The Prague Cup continues to rise attracting a good level of competition form various countries.

Accommodation

The Hotel has a mixture of twin, triple and four bedded rooms, and meals will be on a half board basis, being a mixture of dinners and lunches dependant on itinerary. The hotel is next to the tournament pitches and has excellent access to the transport system for getting into the centre of Prague.

Cost

Included in the cost is return scheduled flights from Manchester to Prague, including ticketing fees and taxes; return airport coach transfers whilst in the Czech Republic; five nights of Half Board accommodation; the organisation and co-ordination of entry to the Prague Cup 2004 (the number of games being dependent on your success! i.e. finals); the associated costs of staging the tournament including pitch hire, umpires/referees, medical support, water for the matches etc; the welcome party on the first night and the banquet dinner on the last night; a Tour Manager's Sportfolio containing a full itinerary, contact details, tickets, maps etc; the services of the Tournament Organisers/Sweet Chariot local representatives during the week and 24 hour telephone and fax support from our Head Office in Epsom, during the tournament.

 

Cost per player/coach/supporter = £409.00, of which a £75.00 deposit is required.
