Youngsters Show Potential

Stockport had last minute cry off from Daniel Kirwin to put extra pressure on the already very young team,9x12yr, 1x11yr,9x10yr, olds. Face off 6pm.

The first quarter saw the Anne Arundelteam take the lead, against the very young Stockport team. Quarter score 0 - 4.

Second quarter saw the talented Americans turn the heat up and came away 0 - 7, leaders at half time.

Third quarter and Stockport stood up to be counted, with 2 goals and some great defensive moves, holding the USA team to one goal in this period.

Final quarter and the boys in blue were getting tired, final score 2 - 12, yet again the Stockport youngsters were not disgraced, with some encouraging remarks from the American coaches, who thought that the small players have great potential, something the Stockport coaches had already agreed.
